FiestaFlip.com ("we," "this site") is operated by Diego Bjermeland, Mortgage Agent Level 1 (FSRA Licence #M25001718), acting on behalf of Cornerstone Mortgage Corp (FSRA Licence #13672). We take your privacy seriously and handle your information in accordance with Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Contact forms: your name, email address, and phone number when you submit a form asking us to contact you.
- Calculator inputs: numbers you enter into our tools (such as mortgage balance or rates). If you choose to save or send results, we store the email you provide along with those inputs.
- Optional analytics: if you select "Allow analytics," Google Analytics 4 receives information about site use, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device/browser information, and interaction events. Google Analytics is not loaded until you consent.
We do not collect credit reports, SIN numbers, or financial documents through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, review your mortgage situation, and communicate with you about mortgage options. By submitting a form, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, or text for that purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us, and every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe option, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
If you proceed with a mortgage application, additional information will be collected under Cornerstone Mortgage Corp's own privacy and consent processes, which will be provided to you at that time.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Form submissions are stored securely with our service providers (database and hosting infrastructure). Your information is seen only by Diego Bjermeland and, where required, Cornerstone Mortgage Corp for supervision and compliance. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with lenders or service providers only with your consent as part of a mortgage review or application, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep lead and contact information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting:

Cookies
The site does not load Google Analytics until you select "Allow analytics" in
the consent banner. If you consent, Google Analytics may set first-party
cookies including _ga and a property-specific _ga_<container-id> cookie to
distinguish visits and maintain session state. These cookies may remain for up
to two years. Advertising storage and advertising personalization remain
disabled.
You may decline analytics and continue using every site feature. You may also change your choice using the "Privacy choices" button. FiestaFlip does not use advertising cookies.
